Ashutosh Garg, CEO and Co-Founder at Eightfold AI, brings decades of machine learning and search experience. He was previously the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder of BloomReach. Prior to that, he worked at IBM Research and Google. He is also a prolific publisher/inventor, with a book on machine learning, 30+ papers, and 50+ patents. Ashutosh holds a BTech from IIT-Delhi and a Ph.D. from UIUC and has earned numerous awards for his research, including the best thesis award at IIT Delhi, an IBM Fellowship, and an outstanding researcher award at UIUC.

Varun Kacholia, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder at Eightfold AI, is one of the world’s leaders in search, ranking, and machine learning. After ranking #2 at the Indian Institute of Technology in 2000 and earning his Master's from the University of California, Berkeley, Varun went on to lead the News Feed team at Facebook and the Youtube Search and Recommendations team at Google. Varun is the recipient of several Google Executive Awards, has accomplished 20+ patents, and is an ACM ICPC world finalist.

Chandra serves as the Chief AI Compliance and Security Officer (CAISO) of Eightfold AI. He brings several decades of engineering leadership, with a focus on Infrastructure, Data and Security over the last several years. As an early engineer at Eightfold, he has played a critical role in building the world’s leading talent intelligence platform. In addition to scaling up the core platform, he has helped Eightfold obtain critical security certifications and is now charged with ensuring the development of Responsible AI and compliance throughout the Eightfold network.
Prior to Eightfold, Chandra worked on several technology roles at Rocket Fuel, Google and Oracle on things ranging from core database technologies to large-scale AI systems. He received a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Before joining Eightfold, Jason served as Vice President of Sales at OneTrust, where he helped drive significant revenue growth. He spent nearly a decade at Workday, where he led sales across the Healthcare vertical and played a key role in integrating go-to-market operations for strategic acquisitions, including Adaptive Planning, Peakon, and Strategic Sourcing. At Eightfold, Jason is focused on strengthening the company’s sales execution, deepening customer partnerships, and accelerating the adoption of AI-driven talent solutions across the Americas.

As Chief Talent Officer at Intel, Amber spearheaded large-scale talent acquisition across 170 countries. She has also held senior roles at IBM, GE, Microsoft, and KPMG. Recognized as a Top 25 Global Leader in Human Capital, Amber serves on the boards of B-Capital, IoT Consortium, and NOVA Workforce, while mentoring young women and advocating for workplace equity through Fairygodboss and Girls Who Code. Prior to Eightfold, Nav led marketing for the multibillion-dollar Network Security and AI business at Palo Alto Networks, driving double-digit growth and championing a shift toward more human-centered storytelling. He’s a frequent speaker at industry events, where he shares perspectives on “using AI to revolutionize messaging and creativity.”
Nav has held product and marketing leadership roles at Cisco, Oracle, and several high-growth startups. He earned a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, a master’s from the Indian Institute of Technology, and completed executive education at the Kellogg School of Management.

Roy Wang, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Eightfold AI, is a seasoned business lawyer as well as an AI expert. He has spent his entire legal career advising technology companies on wide-ranging legal issues, from navigating complex issues in commercial transactions and litigation to expanding enterprise value through numerous mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Eightfold, Roy was Associate General Counsel at Marvell Technology Group Ltd. Prior to that, he was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He received his J.D. from U.C. Berkeley and his Ph.D. in machine learning from UIUC.
