Eightfold enabled us to focus actually on the value creation which we are there for. So meaning, we support the business, the managers, the employees, as well as the candidates best when having a lot of information which we can then interpret. We can see what skills are required for this position and then talk with the hiring manager. We managed to decrease the time to hire by 42%, we managed to increase the overall rate of applicants by 30% (or actually a bit more), and also we managed to attract more female applicants.
I think we’ve changed for the better by having Eightfold because we’ve become more of a global talent acquisition function that’s working together and all pulling in the same direction. We’ve seen a lot more efficiency by having Eightfold as part of our ecosystem. We’ve reduced our time to hire by 50%, but we’ve also been able to improve the candidate experience quite significantly. In that transformation, We realized that skills was the common language across HR that we could all speak, which helped us connect the dots more for our employees.
Our talent network has grown from what was about a million to 4 million today. We’ve seen double digit increases in candidate velocity. We’ve seen improvements to all of the talent acquisition metrics – so time to market, time to present, time to offer. Candidate satisfaction scores have gone up, customer satisfaction scores have gone up, and the experience for our recruiters – the feedback that we get from them has been exceptional.
A couple of years ago we looked for a solution that would help our employees to really see opportunities within CCEP. We chose Eightfold because of a couple of reasons. It was the AI functionality. So the amount of data and the strengths of the AI solution. And the second main reason was really that we felt Eightfold has a vision around talent management, but also learning succession, planning, workforce planning. So really that vision of what it could do going forward.
We’re seeing significant value from a cost reduction from a productivity and from an experience perspective, those organizations that are transitioning to become skills based organizations are typically delivering 3x productivity improvements over those that aren’t. Equally we’re seeing attrition rates on those organizations that are on this journey at 26% less for those roles that really count. And what’s really fascinating is, we’re also seeing agility and improvements in cultural change.
We are hiring much faster – it’s more than a 20% reduction in the time to hire. We see a major improvement in internal mobility. So we were very high in the market, but we grew above 40% of the position filled internally, which is a contributor to the a vivid marketplace that we have with the eightfold. The CRM, we build our own talent pool. We have exposure to more than 2 million CVs that are in our database.
We use Eightfold to find the right talent for the right position – for the CRM, for the marketing campaigns, to highlight, to boost visibility and the attractiveness of our people. This is mainly for talent acquisition. Thanks to everything that we did with Eightfold, we’ve been able to reboost the career site and to triple the traffic on our career site – which means we’ve been able not only to attract people, we’ve been able to invite them to convert and to apply.
