I’m Chief talent officer, for the last two years at Softtek.

Softtek is a global software engineering partner that drives results.

One of the most important things for us was how we can help our Softtekians, that’s how we call our employees, to thrive and to be able to continue growing their careers.

Eightfold enabled us to integrate our core processes more systematically connected like career pathways, mobility, succession planning. And we are pretty sure that that is going to help and boost mobility. And at the end, we’re going to connect with the learning and development programs to be more assertive, more productive, and again, everything embraced by AI.

So for me, coming out from IT, it was very important to give the right insights on data analytics and give us the opportunity to make the right decisions around the insights that we can create from the Talent Intelligence Platform.

One of the things that we have been doing with Eightfold is integrate and interconnect the whole talent area globally, because before we were working in silos. We didn’t have a real collaborative approach.

Talent acquisition was the very first one to receive some benefits, and one of them was to improve the time-to-candidate by 25%, and we reduced time-to-fulfill by 30%.

Now we have more than 90% of our workforce integrated into Eightfold, and we have already defined a skill taxonomy.

So that’s what Eightfold has enabled us by creating the right platform, the right ecosystem, to integrate talent acquisition and get the right insights to the learning and development team.
