This podcast is really for people who are new to AI and HR, it really offers a lot of practical advice, everything from, you know, the different flavors of AI for HR, how to use talent intelligence, how to roll out, how to scale AI. But more importantly, what we make sure we do is every single episode offers practical advice for everyone embarking on this journey.

We’re talking about changing the way people think, operate, manage and measure talent practices and organizations as a part of the transformation journey that organizations are on. You know, with talent intelligence and with AI driven talent practices, this really is building a new future of work and a new future of HR, which behaves very differently than the world in which we currently reside in and where we’ve come from.

Some of the main topics we’re covering this season are around how to build an organization that’s based around talent, not jobs, how to become a skills based organization. It’s really about breaking down jobs into skills and matching that to the skills of your talent.

Jason Cerrato 01:23
When you think about how organizations have been addressing talent and building out structures for for driving processes in their organization, a lot of them have been built around historical frameworks, around jobs and org charts and hierarchy, and as the world of work is going through such a transformation, and people are trying to drive visibility and granularity through skills. Well, skills reside within people, so it’s important to see the whole picture. You have to be able to have that understanding of jobs in the organization, but also have an equal understanding of your talent in real time.

And then lastly, really understanding AI at a deeper level, really understanding what the different flavors of AI are. We talk about how to vet the different vendors, what they bring to the table, and really understand what flavor your organization needs based on the problems you’re trying to solve.

I think the new talent code really resonates with individuals and is becoming a must listen for many people, because we are sharing cutting edge best practices of organizations that are doing this on the leading edge. So when we talk about people that are blazing a trail and setting a pace and are pioneering this, you know you are learning from people that are leading where HR is going and how talent will be done. So a big part of this is the ability to listen and learn from those organizations that are leading the way, because we’re building the future of work together.
