DEMO PRIVACY NOTICE - AI INTERVIEWER

This Demo Privacy Notice – AI Interviewer (“AII Demo Notice”) describes the Personal Data collected and processed by us when you participate in a demo interview conducted by the Eightfold AI Interviewer  (“AII”). This Addendum supplements the Eightfold Privacy Policy. As used in this Addendum, “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as further defined in applicable data privacy laws and regulations.

1. Personal Data Collected and Processed by the AII

Personal Data is collected directly from you by means of your interaction with the AII. Your interview will be recorded for purposes of the demo. The recording may be used by Eightfold for sales and demonstration purposes related to your participation. Recordings will be retained for up to (thirty) 30 days and then securely deleted.

The table below provides examples of the Personal Data collected and processed by the AII:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, and other identifiers
  • Video and/or recordings of your interview
  • Transcripts and responses to interview questions
  • System and device data such as browser type, operating system, IP address
  • Data used for event detection: Interaction data from the interview session (e.g., browser activity, fullscreen changes, mute/unmute status); video images of you and your surroundings during the interview session; audio from your microphone during the interview, information about detected events in the session (e.g., timestamps and alert type; date, time, and technical metadata relating to your interview session).

  • Our sales, marketing & other internal departments that support ;
  • Our trusted service providers that support the AII (under data processing agreements)
  • Law enforcement or government agencies, if disclosure is required by law or we otherwise believe it is necessary to protect our interests
Legal bases for processing the Personal Data
  • With your consent, where required for video/audio recording and/or proctoring for purposes of delivering the demo;
  • For our legitimate interests, to carry out internal reviews and improve demo experience, as well as for sales presentation to your company.

2. Will my Personal Data collected and processed via the AII be used to develop or train the AI models?

No, your Personal Data collected and processed via the AII will not be used for developing or training AI models.

3. Use of Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use pixels, session technologies, gifs, web beacons, cookies, and other technology devices or code to automatically collect Personal Data when you interact with or use AII. The vendors that supply us with these technologies collect your Personal Data instantaneously and simultaneously with our collection of your Personal Data.
