Who Moves and Who Stays? An Eightfold Research Collaboration

Eightfold partnered with the International Labour Organization and researchers at the University of Oxford to study job market transitions and the impact of COVID and automation on these transitions.
This brief provides a first result from this collaboration, showing which workers tend to transition among which occupations. By understanding how workers are impacted by employment shocks, decision makers can target programs to those whose current jobs may be most impacted.
