This request for proposal (RFP) is designed to capture information on currently available skills management solutions leveraging the latest innovation in artificial intelligence.
The purpose of this RFP is to support assessments of AI-based solutions that can fundamentally improve the identification, understanding, and management of skills needed for every role in an organization, to improve talent agility at scale. Such solutions should enable skills-first or skills-based approaches that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of talent processes around: Talent mobility, recruiting, upskilling/reskilling, succession planning, and talent redeployment. This RFP follows established evaluation methodologies in comprehensively examining potential software vendors based on their product capabilities and technology, corporate viability, services, pricing, vision, and innovation.
This RFP will help evaluators understand how vendor capabilities are delivered, whether on a Talent Intelligence Platform, as a feature set in a talent acquisition or talent management application, or as a standalone offering.
