It will now be easier to find and maintain job details after a position’s listing has been unpublished. Our new microsite hosts job descriptions of unpublished roles, so HR can easily review and share listings with interviewers and candidates. 

This will help streamline the interview process and enable more efficient and informed decision-making when all involved can easily review the job description. It’s also helpful in case you need to repost a job description or revise it for a future role.

With flexible section creation, employees can now create unlimited sections in their upskilling plans. More diverse types of upskilling can also be included, including courses, assessments, and skills, and they can personalize section names.

Course skills in Profile Assistant

6 features to boost functionality in our Talent products

Profile Assistant now lets employees add the skills they gain from completed courses to enrich their profiles. Upon completing a course, relevant skills are available in Profile Assistant. To add skills, they simply navigate to Profile Assistant in their Career Hub profile to add skills from the Course Skills tab.
