Microsite for unpublished jobs
It will now be easier to find and maintain job details after a position’s listing has been unpublished. Our new microsite hosts job descriptions of unpublished roles, so HR can easily review and share listings with interviewers and candidates.
This will help streamline the interview process and enable more efficient and informed decision-making when all involved can easily review the job description. It’s also helpful in case you need to repost a job description or revise it for a future role.
Workflow automation / automation center
Additional workflow automation triggers and action tags
Boost recruiter efficiency and save time with three new workflow triggers and one new action. New workflow automation triggers streamline the candidate process by sending a request to schedule, scheduling the meeting, and allowing candidates to select their interview times from available time slots. This automation reduces manual intervention, speeding up the scheduling process in recruiting.
Personalized Career Site (PCS)
Advanced branding in candidate portal
Customize job posts with conditional branding for a more personalized touch. With branding override functionality, recruiters can create job posts to display different content, like location and department, with a more user-friendly interface. There is also support for using different combinations of branding elements.

Design and manage employee-development plans with an intuitive system for organizing upskilling. This enhancement offers filter choices that allow employees to refine their searches based on important factors, helping them begin the development plan process.
With flexible section creation, employees can now create unlimited sections in their upskilling plans. More diverse types of upskilling can also be included, including courses, assessments, and skills, and they can personalize section names.
Skills assessment
Skills assessment integration with post-apply and succession flows
Seamlessly assess skills within succession planning, team management, and candidate portals without leaving your workflow. With skills assessments embedded into the Career Hub workstreams, you can now preview and edit assessments easily and continue with your tasks, ensuring a smoother process for succession planning, including the ability to view skills, without disrupting your work.
Employee profile
Course skills in Profile Assistant
Profile Assistant now lets employees add the skills they gain from completed courses to enrich their profiles. Upon completing a course, relevant skills are available in Profile Assistant. To add skills, they simply navigate to Profile Assistant in their Career Hub profile to add skills from the Course Skills tab.
