Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ (CCEP) internal engagement surveys suggested employees felt opportunities for growth within the company were limited. Facing a dual need to find the right internal talent and provide development and growth opportunities for employees, CCEP’s talent team recognized the need for a dynamic, digital solution using talent data from across the company.

CCEP introduced Eightfold Talent Management and Career Hub to provide employees with learning and career growth opportunities, and managers and leaders with visibility into their workforce skills and talent.
