More than 60% of organizations believe that diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are important drivers of business results, according to Brandon Hall Group research. But in most organizations, business practices don’t reflect the importance of DEI.
For example, less than one-quarter of organizations agree that their leadership reflects the composition of the workforce or customer base. Only one-third agree that their talent pipeline is diverse.
Bridging the gap between importance and reality requires a holistic approach toward building a DEI culture. It’s not just a matter of having targeted recruitment or advancement programs or conducting unconscious bias training. Effective action on DEI takes leadership, technology and measurement using best practices that are available to organizations today.
This webinar, sponsored by Eightfold, will highlight dynamic strategies that will help you view DEI with a broader lens and take steps to create a rich culture of cross your organization.
