2022 Talent survey

In 2021, the average time to fill a job more than doubled, jumping from 20 days to 50. This year, there’s less than one available worker for every job opening (0.76 workers per role), the lowest in history.

To understand the needs of a post-pandemic workforce, Eightfold AI surveyed over 250 HR leaders and nearly 1,000 employees.
