  • Now certified to ISO/IEC 42001:2023, the international management system standard for artificial intelligence, we are the first HR technology vendor to be certified for controls as a developer of AI systems, a provider of AI-enabled services, and a consumer of third‑party AI.
  • Our platform meets rigorous security, privacy, and operational standards, building trust for organizations and federal agencies alike.
  • We empower organizations to implement AI at scale while embedding governance and safeguards that ensure ethical, reliable, and mission-aligned outcomes.

Artificial intelligence is transforming the way organizations discover, develop, and deploy talent. We believe that AI is not just a technology — it’s a strategic advantage.

With that advantage comes great responsibility. From security and compliance to transparency and ethical governance, responsible AI is central to everything we do.

We’re proud to highlight the milestones that demonstrate our leadership in building AI that organizations and individuals can trust.

Certified, recognized, trusted: how we’re leading with responsible AI

We’ve earned ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification

We are now certified to ISO/IEC 42001:2023, the first international standard designed specifically for managing artificial intelligence. Even more exciting, we are the first HR technology company to be certified for controls as a developer of AI systems, a provider of AI-enabled services, and a consumer of third‑party AI.

This means that we have been independently recognized for having a strong framework to guide how we design, build, and operate AI.

The certification covers everything from risk management and data governance, to human oversight, transparency, monitoring, and how we evaluate third-party AI.

“This AI Management System certification further confirms our commitment to responsible AI across the entire life cycle — from design and data governance to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement,” said Varun Kacholia, Eightfold Co-founder and CTO, in our press release. “As industry standards continue to evolve, we will continue to be among the first to comply — and in many cases, help shape the very standards that make AI more productive, safe, and secure.”

Responsible AI has been central to our platform since the beginning. We’ve always prioritized security, compliance, and accessibility to protect data and minimize risk.

A trusted AI partner for government agencies

This new certification adds to our growing list of recognitions, including FedRAMP Moderate Authorization and DISA IL4 Provisional Authorization, and reinforces our commitment to building AI that you can trust.

Federal agencies face unique challenges when it comes to building and managing workforces: multiple systems, highly regulated environments, and the need to align skills with mission-critical roles.

We are uniquely positioned to support these needs. FedRAMP authorized and DISA IL4 certified, our talent intelligence platform is already in active use across federal civilian agencies and the U.S. Department of Defense, including programs like GigEagle, which provides real-time insights into reservists’ skills and rapidly maps them to mission-critical tasks.

Our platform was built from the ground up to handle complex, unstructured data, enabling agencies to use insights immediately without having to reformat or centralize existing systems. And our proprietary deep-learning AI maps skills to people in the context of work, ensuring faster hiring, more accurate talent placement, and actionable workforce intelligence.

Agencies benefit from:

  • Secure, compliant deployment: FedRAMP and DISA IL4 certifications allow handling of sensitive data while meeting federal requirements.
  • Rapid, skills-based talent matching: Proprietary AI analyzes billions of career trajectories and millions of skills to predict the best fit for each role.
  • Actionable insights at every level: From individual career pathing to organization-wide skills tracking, agencies gain visibility into current and future workforce capabilities.

By combining advanced AI with deep federal experience, we help agencies improve hiring, talent management, and resource deployment — empowering them to fulfill their missions efficiently and effectively.

Analysts respect us as a market leader

Analyst research throughout 2025 reinforces a clear message: AI-native platforms like ours are setting the pace for the talent technology market. While traditional vendors are layering intelligence onto legacy systems, we are leading with an intelligence-first approach that now extends into core talent acquisition.

Across reports from Gartner, Fosway, Everest Group, and Aptitude Research, a consistent picture emerges.

Gartner’s 2025 Hype Cycle for HR Technology highlights us as a representative vendor in four high-impact categories, including AI-enabled skills management and internal talent marketplaces — both considered transformational. Fosway places us as a Strategic Leader in its 9-Grid™ for both Talent Acquisition and Talent and People Success, recognizing our platform’s capabilities and continued innovation.

Everest Group named us a market leader in its PEAK Matrix® for Skills Intelligence Platforms, underscoring the central role of skills in the future of work. Aptitude Research calls out our approach as redefining the ATS itself, aligning with the shift toward skills-based hiring and intelligent, AI-driven systems.

Together, these perspectives confirm three themes: AI is foundational, skills are the new organizing principle, and the market is converging toward intelligence-first platforms. We are positioned not just to keep pace, but to lead.

We’re aligning with the AI Action Plan

The White House’s AI Action Plan lays out a bold roadmap to maintain U.S. leadership, emphasizing skills development, AI adoption, and public-private collaboration. We’re proud to closely align with these goals

Our Talent Intelligence Platform is already helping achieve the plan’s objectives at leading government institutions like the DoD and the New York State Department of Labor, along with leading companies such as HP, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Citi.

By supporting a skills-based economy, enabling rapid reskilling, and accelerating secure AI adoption, we empower employees and organizations to build careers and capabilities for the future.

Our platform directly supports the Action Plan by:

  • Delivering skills-first hiring and career mobility tools across sectors.
  • Enabling rapid retraining pathways for transitioning workers.
  • Powering large-scale public sector programs through partnerships with states, cities, and federal agencies.

We also help accelerate AI adoption in government, implementing secure, scalable AI copilots, integrating with federal privacy and data governance standards, and using AI to improve hiring and workforce planning.

Beyond knowledge work, we help organizations build adaptive, skills-based workforces — from next-generation manufacturing to cybersecurity and scientific research — through real-time AI-powered skills taxonomies, predictive workforce planning, and transformation measurement tools.

By partnering with governments and industries, we’re helping communities access high-value AI jobs while ensuring responsible deployment. Our platform is unlocking talent potential at scale, driving a future where AI builds the right career for everyone.

Committed to responsible AI

AI is no longer just a tech feature — it’s a business strategy. We believe responsible AI is the foundation for delivering real, lasting value. It’s how we help organizations unlock transformative outcomes while building trust in AI systems.

In recent months, we achieved two significant milestones that reflect this commitment:

  • Microsoft Azure Marketplace inclusion: Customers can now discover, purchase, and deploy our solutions directly through Microsoft’s cloud platform.
  • Microsoft 365 certification: Our products have been independently audited for security and privacy, meeting Microsoft’s rigorous standards for integration and performance.

These certifications validate that our platform meets high standards for security, integration, and responsible use of AI. By embedding safeguards, explainable models, and robust governance into our platform, we ensure that our AI is trustworthy, fair, and aligned with human values.

These Microsoft certifications also give customers confidence that our tools not only deliver value, but do so in a secure, transparent, and ethical way.

Building the future of work with AI

From earning ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification to shaping intelligence-first talent solutions, we’re redefining what responsible AI can do. We are proud to lead in building platforms that deliver real value, unlock potential, and uphold the highest standards of security, transparency, and ethics.

AI is changing how we work, and with responsible AI at the core, we are helping organizations — and the people served by those organizations — build the careers, skills, and capabilities that define the future of work.
